 Fall hunting for
up coming Diamond J. Brit. Labs., Clara and Dixie II, proved to be
very successful.

AKC Trials: June of
2007
 Pro-Trainer, Rick McConico and
Archie ready to run the first event in the AKC Master test.
 Off to another
mark. Archie!
 Archie finished the
first leg of the Master test with ease. Archie received his second
ribbon towards his Master Title at this event held by Northern
Flight Hunting Retrievers Association on June 3, 2007.
Tan was successful at this event he won
two ribbons towards his Jr. AKC Hunt Test Title.  Tan shaking off after a
successful retrieve.  Rick and
Tan going to the line for another winning
retrieve.
 Flame, owned by Dean Swart,
and handled by Rick McConico, a Nick and Emma pup, also
had a winning day. Two more ribbons and Flame will also be a Jr. AKC
Hunter.  Keepman's and their dog Reagen. Reagen ran
in the Sr. Hunt test events. Reagen is a BoBo and Spud pup.
Tatter,  owner Wen Gartman and handled by
Rick McConico, also ran and won in the Junior events. Tatter is a
BoBo and Spud pup.
 Frankie, owned by John McShane and
handled by Rick McConico, also ran in the Sr. events.
Frankie is a Dana and Archie pup.
Mid Iowa Retriever Club AKC Hunt
Test June 16 & 17, 2007
 Tan returning after retrieving in the
last leg of the hunt test. With the excellent handling of Rick
McConico, Tan achieved his Jr. AKC Hunt Test Title at this
event.
August update on AKC Hunt Test
Events:
On August 25 and 26 : AKC Hunt Test was
by Northern Flight Retriever Association at Kelly Farm at
Marine on St. Croix, MN
Archie won another ribbon towards his Master Hunt Test
Title, he has one more to go!
Archie is now a Master Hunter on 9/14-15-16/07, Archie
competed in the Norwest Missouri Retrievers Fall Hunt Test held in
Smithville, MO. We are thrilled with his profomance and in the fact
that he accomplished this in one year.
 We would like to thank Pro-Trainer
Rick McConico for training and handling Archie though these trials.
Two titles in 2 years only speaks volumes for the ability Rick
has with dogs. Thanks! Rick for your hard work and the rewarding
results. Frankie, is now a Senior AKC Hunter!
Reagen is now an AKC Senior Titled dog!!! On 9/9/07 at
the Blackhawk Retrievers Club Hunt Test held in Mondovi, WI.
On 9/14-15-16 Reagon attended the hunt test held in
Smithville, MO. and took another Senior ribbon, way to go
Reagon!
Sue won her first ribbon towards her Junior AKC Hunt
Test Title.
On 9/9/07 Sue also won another ribbon towards her Jr.
Title at the Hunt Test held in Mondovi, WI. Sue will continue her
competition for her Jr. Title next year.
News from another winning Diamond J.'s dog.  This Frank Huges with his dog Chance. Chance is a BoBo
and Spud dog. Frank has been training Chance for HRC Hunt Test.
Chance has two passes towards his started title as of Sept.
16, 2007. Good luck to the Huges and Chance at his next test!
